What we do

URECEIPTS aims to eliminate the paper receipt. URECEIPTS will facilitate the replacement of paper receipts as we know them with a new digital system. It will instigate a change that will alter the way both customers and retailers interact with receipts; and in turn replace a wasteful system and bring it up-to-date with current and future payment transaction behaviours.

Our research shows:

• 66% of people surveyed want to use a system like URECEIPTS.
• 68% keep their receipts for either return, exchange or warranty.
• 81% questioned receive between 0-20 receipts a week.
• We estimate that up to 1040 receipts are issued a year per person in the UK alone.
